2nd Annual Midsummer Night’s Fashion & Culinary

2nd annual Midsummer Night’s Fashion and Culinary event to benefit Chefs Table Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, whose mission is to support homeless U.S. Veterans and underprivileged youths in transition with a culinary education at the Kroc Community Center in Boston.

Midsummer Night will feature a theatrical short scene from A Midsummer Night’s Dream performed by local high school students, a mixologist demonstrating how to make summer-inspired cocktails, local chefs demonstrating healthy dishes, music by Los Tres Amigos – graduates of Berklee College of Music, an exciting fashion show highlighting the styles of West Roxbury boutique Fabutique. Tickets are $20 per person.

Mike Black of The Real Deal: Fresh Corn Salad w/ Meyer lemon vinaigrette

Eat with Jack O’Neill: Pesto Pasta – rigatoni, pine nuts, fresh spring peas and asparagus
The Real Deal: Fresh Corn Salad w/ Meyer lemon vinaigrette (fresh corn, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, red onion & cucumber tossed with lemon shallot vinaigrette) and Heirloom tomato salad with Fresh basil vinaigrette (cherry tomato, cucumber, crouton, basil vinaigrette)
