The Chefs’ Table Series® is featuring the Chef  Rozafa Mediterranean Bistro Monday September 19th, at 6:30pm.

Chef  will demo how to make the following dish:

PORK TENDERLOIN
Granny smith stuffing, prosciutto di Parma, porcini and truffle risotto

Guests will enjoy the following dishes:

*Pan Seared Salmon -lobster broth, crispy onion strings
*Pork Tenderloin – granny smith stuffing, prosciutto di Parma, porcini and truffle risotto
*Wine Pairing
*Lemon tart – lemon sorbet, toasted butter crumble

The cooking demo will be filmed for the cooking TV show The Chefs’ Table Series®, produced by Chefs Table Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that provides culinary scholarships to homeless U.S. veterans and underprivileged youths.
