Townshend – Demonstration-Style Event

The Chefs’ Table Series®, an educational TV cooking show will feature Chef Bobby Sisson of Townshend, Quincy’s hot and happening modern tavern on Sunday November 6th, 2016 at 3pm. Chef Bobby will demonstrate how to prepare Wild Boar with Stone Ground Polenta.

Guests will enjoy the following passed food items:

BEVERAGE

• Adams’ Green Cocktail – Vodka, cucumber shrub, lemon and tarragon • Beer – Yeungling Lager

FOOD

• Grilled Shrimp with Romesco
• Oyster Mushroom and Parmesan Ragu on toast
• Wild Boar with Stone Ground Polenta
• Dessert: Buttered Popcorn Pudding with seasonal accompaniments prepared by Chef Kate Holowchik.
