Jarvis Green, the former Patriots defensive end and a two-time Super Bowl champion, today is the owner of Oceans 97, a Louisiana wholesaler of shrimp to restaurants and other retailers in the United States & Canada.
The evening begins with Jarvis’ “Louisiana down cooking” featuring gulf shrimp from his new enterprise. Guest will sample his creations. He may select a member of the audience to assist. Dinner will feature a shrimp dish from Jarvis’ special selections. After the demonstration guests will enjoy a 5-course dinner on the Terrace.
All monies received benefit Chefs Table Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit video production organization that provides culinary education to homeless U.S veterans.
MIT Endicott House, Dole & Bailey and Classic Wines are generously contributing all products and services. Join us to support a worthy cause and an enjoyable evening!
Tickets are $70.00 per person.
