• R - Relevant - Connect your goal to what you value and is important to you

How to Do It

Goal setting doesn’t stop with writing the goal. After you’ve written a goal, you have to actually work to make it happen. This is the “practice” part of the process. During this step, you deliberately work towards reaching your goal.
